Hotel, Donga, suite, unit, whatever your room type, it is not complete without a phone. R-Group phones let your guests communicate with friends and family with ease.

Types

Pre-paid

Preferred by mine sites, our pre-paid phone system allows mine site staff & guests to buy credit and make calls using that credit. 

Credit can be purchased via credit card or by buying a phone card on-site. Credit card payments are popular with returning staff and phone cards are most convenient for short term guests.

Post pay (Billed)

This model is used in most Hotels: calls can be made by the guest at their leisure, with the cost billed to their credit card afterwards. When the guest leaves, your administration staff access the call cost information through an R-Group website portal.

Integration

R-Group phones can be integrated with the R-Group entertainment system. For example: Credit card payments for the pre-paid phone are transacted via a secure on-screen form. This on-screen design makes the process extremely simple, increasing user acceptance and uptake.
